Pulse Foundry Private Limited Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Pulse website, mobile app or charging services you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines shared with you during service onboarding.

Pulse reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual property

• All platform content, technology, trademarks and visual identity belong to Pulse Foundry Private Limited or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify or distribute Pulse content without prior written consent.
• User-generated content remains yours, but you grant Pulse a non-exclusive license to host and display it.
• Report suspected IP infringements at support@pulsefoundry.in for swift resolution.

3. Acceptable use

When using Pulse Foundry Private Limited products you agree not to:

• Publish, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without consent.
• Disrupt network operations, abuse access or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Use automation, data mining or reverse engineering to extract information.
• Violate applicable laws, third-party rights or Pulse policies.

4. Limitation of liability

Pulse Foundry Private Limited strives for high uptime but services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

• Pulse Foundry Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months for the impacted service.
• Third-party services accessed via Pulse are governed by their respective terms.

5. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud or to protect the network.

• Users can request account closure at any time. Pulse Foundry Private Limited may retain data as required by law.
• Outstanding charges remain payable upon termination and refunds are not guaranteed.
• Certain clauses (Intellectual property, Liability, Indemnity) survive termination.

6. Third-party services

Pulse Foundry Private Limited integrates with payment gateways, identity providers and other partners. Their privacy policies and terms apply when you interact with their services.

We ensure partners meet stringent security standards, but encourage you to review their documentation for complete transparency.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pulse Foundry Private Limited, its affiliates and employees from claims arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
